Life Changes, Marriage Vows and Peace
I came home from Atlanta two days ago and I promised that I would share the amazing time I had. Life changing is just a calm way of putting it. My heart, my mind and spirit have been renewed. I had the pleasure of being joined by my three teenage cousins, my sisters and friends. I can't even put it all in one blog but wanted to share some pics. Last year we walked down an aisle, declared our love to Christ and renewed our vows. This year we finalized our marriage, learned to prepare for his coming and keep our lamps full. We surrendered and promised to wait for his return! I'm so excited about life and full off of what I received. We learned how to conduct ourselves as women of God through a modesty seminar, we learned about single hood, business and there were those quiet moments spent with God early in the morning. It'd be impossible to break down everything in one post so stick with me the next couple days, weeks ok? CDJ
"Holy (Wedding Day)"
This is the story of the Son of God
Hanging on the cross for me
But it ends with a bride and groom
And a wedding by a glassy sea
O death where is your sting
Cause I'll be there singing
Holy Holy Holy
Is the Lord
This is the story of a bride in white
Waiting on her wedding day
Anticipation welling up inside
While the groom is crowned as king
O death where is your sting
Cause we'll be there singing
Holy Holy Holy is the Lord
Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy
Is the Lord Almighty
Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy
Is the Lord Almighty
Who was and is and is to come
Who was and is and is to come
This is the story of the Son of God
Hanging on the cross for me
And it ends with a bride and groom
And a wedding by a glassy sea
This is the story of the a bride in white
Singing on her wedding day
Of the God who was and is to stand before a bride who sings
Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy is the Lord Almighty
